- Currently training Library Systems Assistant in Alma, LibApps, and other relevant Library systems.
- Worked with Library Systems Assistant, Circulation Staff, and ACT to maintain accurate reports of laptop/hotspot loans, and to send overdue notifications via email and text.
- Worked with Library Systems Assistant to redesign and simplify Library settings and configurations in Alma.
- Worked with Library Systems Assistant to document Library systems-related tasks and procedures.
- Working with Library Staff and ACT to transition campus-wide laptop and hotspot lending program to Library.
- Using Alma batch processes to create new item records for Hornets Lending Pilot Program.
- Worked with Library Systems Assistant and Library Staff to plan and implement a comprehensive Library inventory initiative.
- Work with Circulation Staff to maintain and improve electronic reserves initiative.
- Worked with previous and cataloging and acquisitions staff to document processes. Helped train current cataloging and acquisitions staff on Alma processes.
- Collaborated with FC Librarians and campus faculty to improve the online archives and add content.
- Continually work with major vendors (EBSCO, Ex Libris, Gale) to troubleshoot and update Library systems.
- Work with Assessment Librarian and Library Systems Assistant on issues related to Alma Analytics and database usage reporting.
