ILS/Voyager
- Updated Voyager landing page to reflect correct contact information
- Worked with Masumi Oberlin to set up system-wide policies for Amanda Walzer special collection
- Configured ILS to limit special collections items to in-house use only
- Working with Staff and District IT (Richard Oberlin) on developing ways to automate specific MARC editing processes in ILS
- Worked with Jane Ishibashi and Library Staff to configure semester calendars within Voyager. This has a major impact on Library material checkout policies, due dates and overdue fees.
- Set up new user accounts and permissions using the admin interface for Voyager
- Worked with Richard Oberlin and ACT to plan and implement upgrade to Voyager 10.
- Worked with Library Circulation Staff to set-up new item types in Voyager. This includes associated policies.
- Created numerous Access reports to identify and clean-up data in preparation for migration to Alma/Primo
- Used Voyager Data Change module to identify and remove over 200,000 e-book records from Voyager database. This was preparation work for migration to Alma/Primo.
